Warto wiedzieć, iż latem odbywają się w Grecji festiwale na dziedzińcach starych zamków i nie tylko, gdzie występują aktorzy teatralni z całego świata. Sezon trwa od końca czerwca do końca sierpnia, wtedy są tu największe upały. Najczęściej odwiedzanym miejscem są Ateny, stolica Grecji.
 

Od jakiegoś czasu bardzo modne stały się wyjazdy do gorącej Tunezji z pięknymi plażami i niekończącą się pustynią. Warto zobaczyć piękne zabytki z czasów rzymskich, choć zachowało się ich niestety niewiele. Istotą, która przyciąga masę turystów są jednak plaże z gorącym piaskiem, ciepłe morze i niebo bez chmur gwarantując wspaniały wypoczynek i relaks. Szczyt sezonu trwa tutaj od lipca do sierpnia.

Najbardziej obleganym przez turystów jest region Sharm El Sheikh w Egipcie.
